2) To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet

3) To make all your friends feel that there is something in them

4) To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true

5) To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best

6) To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own

7) To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future

8) To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile

9) To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others

10) To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble

According to a news report, a certain private school in Sydney was recently faced with a unique problem .
A number of 12-year-old girls were beginning to use lipstick and would put it on in the bathroom.
After they put on their lipstick they would press their lips to the mirror leaving dozens of little lip prints.
Every night the maintenance man would remove them and the next day the girls would put them back.
Finally the principal decided that something had to be done .
She called all the girls to the bathroom and met them there with the maintenance man.
She explained that all these lip prints were causing a major problem for the custodian who had to clean the mirrors every night - ( you can just imagine the yawns from the little princesses).
To demonstrate how difficult it had been to clean the mirrors, she asked the maintenance man to show the girls how much effort was required.
He took out a long-handled squeegee, dipped it in the toilet, and cleaned the mirror with it.
Since then, there have been no lip prints on the mirror ..

Moral to this story:-

There are teachers.... And then there are educators ...

During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director what the criterion was which defined whether or not a patient should be institutionalized.

"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub."

"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup."

" No." said the Director, "A normal person would pull the plug. Do you want a bed near the window? "

DID YOU PASS, OR DO YOU WANT THE BED NEXT TO MINE ????????

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper.
His Father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.
The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence.

Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.
Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.
The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone.
The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence.
The fence will never be the same.
When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out.
It won't matter how many times you say I'm sorry, the wound is still there."
A verbal wound is as bad as a physical one. Friends are very rare jewels, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend an ear, they share words of praise and they always want to open their hearts to us."

Please forgive me if I have ever left a hole in your heart :)

A 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud man, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o'clock, with his hair fashionably coifed and shaved perfectly, even though he is legally blind, moved to a nursing home today.

His wife of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary. After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, he smiled sweetly when told his room was ready.

As he manoeuvred his walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of his tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on his window.
"I love it," he stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy.
"Mr. Jones, you haven't seen the room, just wait."
"That doesn't have anything to do with it," he replied. "Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture is arranged... it's how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. " It's a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice. I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do. Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open, I'll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I've stored away just for this time in my life.

Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw from what you've put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories! So do your younger age. Thank you for your part in filling my Memory bank. I am still depositing!

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3 . Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

Ia merupakan satu kehilangan yang besar. Perginya tanpa sebarang tanda dan alamat. Begitulah singkatnya usia manusia. Tanpa amaran atau petanda, dia hadir untuk mencabut nyawa kepunyaanNya. Takdir yang telah tertulis. Yang masih hidup, ingat2lah. Kehidupan bukan selamanya. Akhirat jua kekal abadi.
